Company Structure and History

​Founded in 1998, Enviromental Solutions Worldwide Inc. is one of North America's leading companies in aftermarket heavy-duty diesel emissions parts, diesel emission control systems, manufacturing, distribution, and emissions testing services.

Enviromental Solutions Worldwide Inc. is currently made up of three operating divisions:

Skyline Emissions
specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of a complete line of aftermarket diesel particulate filters (DPF), diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), sensors, clamps, and gaskets for heavy-duty and medium-duty on-highway diesel applications including heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, school buses, motor coaches, and shuttle buses.

The ESW America division is a vehicle and engine emissions testing, certification and verification facility which is recognized by EPA and CARB as capable of performing engine emissions verification and certification test protocols for the OEM supply chain. The retrofit group, which utilizes the trademark ESW Group, manufactures and markets a diverse line of proprietary catalytic emission conversion, retrofit diesel emission control, and emission support products and technologies for the transportation, construction, rail, marine, utility and other markets. These products are primarily designed for diesel engine applications including medium- and heavy-duty trucks, school buses, delivery vehicles, garbage collection vehicles. The company sells its emission control products through an established network of dealers located throughout the United States, which is complemented by seasoned emissions-focused professionals providing business development, engineering, and field support.

ESW and Product History

1998:  Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. was founded
2001:  Acquired the assets and proprietary technologies of an emissions testing and catalyst company in Pennsylvania
2003:  The Longview DPF with 25% NOx reduction retrofit device received Level 3 CARB on-road verification
2005:  The Horizon DPF received Level 3 CARB on-road verification
2009:  The ThermaCat and ThermaCat-e received Level 3 CARB on-road and off-road verification
2013:  ESW acquired the assets of Cleaire Advanced Emission Controls
2015:  ESW America commissioned its heavy-duty chassis dynamometer

2016:  Skyline Emissions was launched

2017:  Skyline Emissions opened a new manufacturing facility

2021:  Skyline's DOC and DPF offering reached 160 SKUs, making it one of the broadest portfolios of aftermarket DOCs and DPFs

2023:  ESWA added a transient CFR 1065-compliant test cell with 885 hp capability
